A REAL PET OWNER TALKS ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF VETERINARY ACUPUNCTURE Meet MEGAN - Fur Kid of John & Pat Ward Because of Megan’s GOLPP, she had a lot of back end weakness causing a very stiff gait with difficulty in walking and getting up.  Her larynx needed a unilateral tie back, because of the paralysis and that caused an accumulation of much phlegm in her throat.  After bringing Megan to Dr. Kram for acupuncture, we have noticed remarkable improvement in her walking, getting up, and a decrease in phlegm.  Our Megan, who was unstable in her walking before acupuncture, can now run across the yard to retrieve a bumper or chase a deer for a distance of 20 yards.  The GOLPP will never be cured, but Megan is certainly enjoying her life much more than before she began acupuncture treatment.  Megan was diagnosed with the GOLPP when she was almost 11 years old in January, 2011, and she is currently 12.2 years old.  We are totally pleased and amazed at her progress, and we thank Dr. Kram for his caring and his expertise.  Acupuncture is a Pain-Free alternative to pain management!
